PoleVault completes Compressed Air Piping Project for Parker and L&T

Engineering Services Group at PoleVault has completed the Compressed Air Piping Design for the Railways Project at Chhapra, Bihar. The Cast Wheel Project of Railways, having design capacity to manufacture 100,000 Cast Steel Railroad Wheels per annum, is being handled on turnkey basis by L&T Railway Business Unit. PoleVault was entrusted by Parker-Legris to advise on the design of Compressed Air Piping layout and design of structures to hold the industrial piping for the whole Plant. PoleVault not only successfully completed the project, but also gave insights to Parker and L&T on the potential issues that could come up during execution by making 3D model of the whole plant layout with specific sections in detail where visualization from 2D drawings was not obvious.

PoleVault Innovates the Telecom Tower Foundation Design

The Engineering Services Division of PoleVault has come up with a more stable and economical design of the Tower Foundations particularly the Ground Based Towers (GBTs) that are 30-60 m high, and are used across the country for putting up Telecom GSM and MW Antennas. The New Design gives much more stability and saves 15-20% cost as well! The concept has been appreciated by many Telecom Infrastructure Players and there are plans to implement such design across India by them after a stint in the northern circles. This design shall help companies reduce their overall cost of constructing a tower site. The Design also takes care of the inaccuracies that creep in due to inherent limitations of the construction practices followed in the Construction Industry in the telecom space, and therefore it addresses quality issues very well.
